Squeeze - Juice Works just moved into one of my fave old buildings in St. Pete. A little off the beaten path and tucked into a neighborhood to make this a perfect location. I have only tried a few of the juices but so far, I really have enjoyed them. I too am not a big juicer but I enjoy them as a nutritional supplement. I didn't find anything "off tasting". Quite the contrary, they were fresh, tasty, crisp and delicious. I have several friends who will detox with the juice cleanse for a few days. I haven't been gutsy enough to do so yet but I would like to try it in baby steps. This will be the right place to accomplish it! I definitely plan to come back, especially after the gluttony of the holidays that have stumbled quickly upon us. Check out their FB page - shows their specials and ways to pre-order.

These people love on scarcity. I am very sensitive to cayenne and asked that if it was too strong I could exchange it for a different drink. I spent $60 here he other day. I've worked in vegan spots and run a juice bar before. It's good business to keep customers happy. The girl at the counter is amazing So I have to give at least two stars, but one of the owners or managers was there today - not a high vibrational spot. I drink juice daily but I'll choose Gush or Karma downtown for now on. The other day I had the beet juice and one of the nut Mylk drinks. Both were pretty good! This place has plenty of room to carry ice packs but they don't. If I'm gonna buy a cleanse we should def have an ice pack. It's Florida.

So I've been a big fan of Squeeze for quite some time now, and consistently, they are amazing. The juices- there are so many juices for you to choose from. My personal favorite is Simple Greens- light, refreshing, and super easy to drink. Chia pudding- my favorite treat! The almond one is amazing, but so is the strawberry chia! They also sell Urban Canning Co. products at their storefront as well as mother kombucha growlers and growlers of commune coffee co! Amazing little haven of healthy in St. Pete!

Why 5 stars? Because a 3-day cleanse did me well! --- --- --- After trying Squeeze Juice Works at a couple of Yelp events, I was intrigued and stopped in to check out their St. Pete location, after yoga next door at Body Electric (another discovery via Yelp event.) I had just planned on checking out some different juices, but while I was looking around, their juice cleanse plan caught my eye. I've recently started a bit of a health kick, and in an effort to avoid falling into the same boring routine I've always stuck with, I'm trying new things (ala juice cleanses and yoga.) I recently completed a 3-day cleanse, and I would have liked to go longer, but my travel schedule did not allow for it. Also, I'm not going to lie, it was a bit tough. Working from home and being able to block out distractions makes it easier than it would be on most people, but there were definitely times that I felt like a rabid and angry lion. Full disclosure: while giving my dog some pupperoni treats, I spent a minute wondering how good they would taste if I were to try a bite. You definitely miss the ritual of chewing, which is something that you might not expect. I also found nights to be the hardest - I don't like to try to fall asleep when I'm hungry, and I got a pretty massive headache the first night. But overall, I think it did me well! The first day post-cleanse, I was at the airport on a layover, which is definitely a challenging situation to be in for your first day "back in the wild." I eyeballed a salad, in which the menu noted it contained 410-730 calories. In reality, that's not a lot of calories! But I was used to much less than that during the cleanse, so it really helped to make me more aware of my intake. Here's how it worked: Breakfast: 1 16 oz juice - approx. 140 calories, 0g fat Lunch: 2 16 oz juices - approx. 280 calories, 0g fat (total) Dinner: 2 16 oz juices approx 280 calories, 1g fat Dessert: 1/3 of one 16 oz milky juice substance - approx. 90 calories, 6g fat So you're looking at about 800 calories and 7g of fat per day. Something EASILY exceeded in one meal under non-dieting circumstances. My normal intake while dieting is about 2,000 calories a day, so this was definitely a shock to the system. I also walked 10,000 steps (approx. 5 miles) with my dog each day, and I'll definitely admit a lack of energy from the norm during those walks. But overall, I felt "cleansed," so I'd say it was a success. I lost 5-6 lbs in 3 days, and didn't end up gaining it back! That's definitely not why one should cleanse, but it was a nice by-product.

This place is the bomb! The juice is absolutely delicious. I truly enjoy their juices they definitely get creative on some like the coal miner's daughter, pumpkin mylk etc...my favorite is probably the xxx greens which I found out if they are out they are happy to add cayenne to the daily greens. The staff always greets you with a smile. If you return the glass bottle they give you a small refund on it. Definitely recommend getting a juice from here.

I was super excited to try Squeeze. I juice regularly at home, so I'm familiar with veggie juices. The service was great! The young woman behind the counter asked if we had juiced before and described the juices to us. She recently moved from Nashville. We bought 2 green juices and 2 mylk juices. We loved them all! Very fresh and delicious. We will be back!

I'm not a huge "juicer" but I really want to be. I like the concept and the nutrition from juicing, but I don't think I have it in me to replace a juice with a meal. With that being said, I might not be their target market, but I wanted to try it anyway. I purchased the Galaxie 500 since I told the owner I liked a more fruit taste than a veggie taste. It was good but the taste was a little off. Maybe because I'm not a juicer, possibly my expectations were a bit too high. At $9.50 a bottle, I thought it was a bit steep.

Addicted! This place is great . . . the prices are high, but the quality is there. I would give 5 stars if the price was better and the parking was improved. They have a large selection of many types of cold pressed juices and they have a couple of sizes. One night in Bangkok and Simple Greens are my two favorites. They are fresh and do not taste earthy. there is not a lot of parking, one day I drove up and around the building with no success and had to keep going. There is not really any street parking and most of the parking is labled for the yoga / fitness center. Enjoy!

Bout time! Just wish the recycling program is a bit more rewarding. In LA u get $1 back for every bottle returned. As much I love this place and how much weight I've lost, I wish there would be more options as in other juicing companies.

Very good juice with quality organic ingredients! Tastes so fresh... like you just made it at home. They have a great variety and combinations to choose from and the staff was super nice and helpful. Also love the glass bottling that the 16oz juices come in. Parking was easy with a side lot and the location was nice. I was really excited about the nut mylk options because I haven't see that before.

I am what you would call an 'occasional juicer'. I'm not dedicated to the lifestyle, but I enjoy splurging occasionally- especially when I want to feel healthy. I have tried Squeeze Juice Works several times and have always been satisfied with their selection and the quality of their product. The juices are not cheap (just about $10 each), but they contain quality ingredients and I still maintain that you probably couldn't juice up a bottle at home for much less. Not only are they healthy, but they are tasty too! I enjoy the Daily Mean Greens- love the extra touches like the sea salt that they add for flavoring. Oh- and- their new location is absolutely beautiful! Easy in and out and a nice, clean layout. If you are new to juicing or want to explore I would recommend that you check them out!

Great juices I might become addicted lol...Cold press juices made from organic, fruits, greens and herbs! Little pricey but worth it so worth it! I tried the champagnes of the God and I now understand why it's name; it was so refreshing and I felt like a goddess after drinking it, strong and energetic ;) My friend got the Lemonaid and I got to try it it was also yummy! It is great a throat quencher...Will definitely come back to try them all!!

Not only is their juice great, but the food, oh their food! My favorite lunch anywhere is the Raw Taco Salad. Their Jars of Goodness are amazing too and taste just like dessert. They also carry my favorite Local Vendors Urban Canning Co, Mother Kombucha and Commune and Co. The staff is helpful and after meeting some of the of the owners I can say they are knowledgable, passionate and humble. Many other juice companies have opened in the area and I can say with confidence that Squeeze is the most flavorful and experienced.

I love this place. All the juices that I had drank was delicious and fresh. I'm so happy that there is a juicy place in town. A must place to stop by for some fresh juicing.

If you are a juice person, you would probably rate this place higher than me. You will like it a lot. I'm not a big juicing person, but I did enjoy the juice here. I just can't justify spending $8 on 16oz of juice. But some people can, so that's great. The quality is really great though, and it comes in a fabulous glass bottle. Actually the bottle was my favorite part (it's the little things!) I had the lemon aide juice (Probably spelled in a fancy way). And I tried some others. They were all really good .. and the way it tastes, it's like you know you're drinking health. So all in all, good juice, but too expensive for me. Definitely a quality establishment though! And they encourage reusing and recycling, which is awesome.

The real deal... If you want real fresh juice go here, not cheap but well worth it. I stop by now and then it's good and if I buy juice I want the real deal.

Squeeze is right next to an amazing yoga studio and has a great ambience. Everything is super fresh, the juices come in pretty glass bottle (that you can reuse!) and they have delicious juice combinations like pumpkin pie (OMG so yummy!) the owner is very sweet and the staff is very pleasant. I am lucky to have such a great local business close by.

I discovered Squeeze last fall and was thrilled that a juice bar had opened up so close to home. I was willing to pay the price for the convenience of not having to prep and clean up my own juicing efforts at home. Squeeze was my version of a "starbucks treat" - a yummy, nicely packaged, and Healthy treat during the week. Anyone who juices at home knows what the consistency and taste profile of various fruit and veggie combinations are, and how the consistency and taste concentration changes when water is added. I was very happy with the daily mean greens, xxx greens, carrot and apple, champange of the gods and motherload last fall. Not sure why Squeeze has clearly begun adding water to their juices that do not list water as an ingredient on the bottle. A few juices clearly state the water or coconut water are added, many do not and utilize cucumbers as their liquid component. A bottle from squeeze was so packed full of goodness that it could almost serve as a meal replacement - quite filling. Not anymore. I am clearly paying for a 1:1 (at best) ratio of juice and water now, in juices that do not list water as a component. So a bottle of this new "juice" formula should cost $4 instead of $9 in my opinion. I'm sure Squeeze will deny this, but do some juicing at home with cucumbers as your liquid base and see for yourself. Save your money, Squeeze is no longer worth it. Squeeze has actually become a starbucks - over priced, low quality product in shiny packaging. I'm using this analogy because no one who has traveled internationally and experienced great coffee actually buys any of those starbucks "coffees". If you're too lazy to juice and clean up guys, just pop some fruits, veggies and a banana into the blender, seriously, as far as Squeeze is concerned - save your money. Thanks for responding to my review Kelly. I have stood at the bar many times and there is a wall between it and the large workspace where the bulk of the juice is getting mixed, so very little can actually be seen from the bar stools. If you're inviting people behind your partial wall to watch pure juice get bottled that's fantastic! Means that pure juice minus water really will make into the bottles and your customers will get value for their money.

The juices are good but incredibly expensive and the place is a bit stuck up. It is also a HUGE problem that the calorie and nutritional value of the jucies is unknown? Why? I need to know my sugar content. At this cost, please be more customer friendly.
